Richard Sarll will be speaking at the 10th AIDA Europe Conference in Athens, Greece on Friday 31 May 2024.
His presentation, which will form part of the Marine Insurance Working Group’s meeting, will be entitled:
From salvage to wreck removal: the uncertain transition between the risks assumed by H&M insurers and by the Clubs.
Richard will be drawing on his familiarity with average adjusting, and upon a number of important marine insurance cases in which he has been involved, including The Brillante Virtuoso and The Renos.
