Robert regularly represents clients at all levels in the High Court and in arbitration and is recognised as one of the Bar’s leading shipping barristers. He recently succeeded in the Court of Appeal in OCM Maritime Nile v Courage Shipping Co and ors [2022] EWCA Civ 1091.

He is a past winner of The Legal 500 Shipping and Commodities Silk of the Year award and has previously been named as Shipping Silk of the year at the Chambers & Partners Bar Awards.
