HRH Prince Abdulaziz v Apex Global Management Ltd

Michael was part of the counsel team to represent HRH Prince Abdulaziz in his appeal to the Supreme Court in the context of this major fraud case. Michael also successfully appeared in the eventual trial of this action: see Apex Global Management v Fi Call Ltd [2015] EWHC 3269.
