7 King’s Bench Walk is keenly aware of the vital importance of improving diversity at the Bar and ensuring that it is accessible to and inclusive of the society it serves. We recognise that women are under-represented at the Commercial Bar and want to encourage more women to consider the Commercial Bar as a career choice and to improve the representation, experience and retention of women in the profession.

Women interested in a career at the Commercial Bar are invited to a short talk from members of chambers about surviving and enjoying pupillage and practice at the Commercial Bar followed by drinks with members and clerks on 26 January 2023, 6.30pm.
