Sushma Ananda will be speaking as part of a panel on “Reinsurance wordings – where things go wrong and how they can be avoided” for the BILA Conference – Reinsurance And Alternative Risk Transfer on Tuesday 29 April.
Sushma’s panel will be chaired by Özlem Gürses, Professor of Commercial Law at King’s College London. Sushma Ananda will be joined on the panel by Peter Wedge, Wordings Director, Gallagher Re and Jake Fisher, Vice President – Reassurance, Gard AS.
BILA’s President , James Davy (Professor of Law, University of Bristol) will open the conference which will be held at Clyde & Co’s offices in London. It will also be available to view live online.
