Jo Higgs KC will be speaking on “Choosing Wisely – Selecting the Best Arbitration Seat” as part of a panel for the IAC Women in Arbitration Day being held in Astana on Thursday 5 September 2024 from 10am (Astana time).
The event is being organised by the Astana International Arbitration Centre (IAC), in cooperation with ArbitralWomen, as part of Astana Finance Days 2024. It aims to bring together leading women arbitrators, academics and private practice lawyers from around the world and is designed to be a platform for participants to share insights, exchange ideas, network with expert colleagues, and discuss the role of diversity in international arbitration practice.
As part of a panel discussion Jo Higgs KC will be discussing strategic matters when choosing the most appropriate arbitration seat for a dispute resolution proceeding.
