David Allen QC was invited to speak at a conference arranged by the White Paper Group in London on the theme of Cross-border fraud.  David’s talk addressed the cross-undertaking given by Freezing Order applicants and the attendant risks following the Fiona Trust v Privalov litigation in which David acted for Sovcomflot.
