Contributory Negligence in the Twenty-First Century: An Empirical Study of First Instance Decisions
10th Jul 2016Together with Professor Donal Nolan, also of the University of Oxford, James Goudkamp has published an article in the Modern Law Review concerned with the contemporary operation of the law of contributory negligence. It is the first study of its kind in the United Kingdom. The article can be accessed here.
