7KBW aims to provide an excellent service at all times. If you have any concerns about the service you have received, we will investigate and deal with your complaint in accordance with our complaints procedure. 

7KBW’s complaints procedure includes information about the right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman and how to do so, as well as the time limits making a complaint.
