Jonathan Gaisman Q.C. and Sioban Healy – The Buncefield Oil Storage Depot was used by a number of oil companies. Starting at 06.01, a number of explosions occurred at the Buncefield Depot. Jonathan Gaisman and Sioban Healy acted for the lead claimants in the litigation in which negligence in the operation of Total’s Hemel Hempstead petrol tank farm and resulting foreseeable damage were alleged and ultimately admitted.
