On the 12th November, 7 King’s Bench Walk sponsored the CDR Autumn Arbitration Symposium 2015. Several members attended, and Mr James Drake QC gave a talk on ‘Security for costs in arbitration (in the context of third party funding)’.

Details about the event:  Following our highly successful Litigation Symposium in May, CDR returns to the subject of international arbitration, as we assess the state of the market going forward into 2016.
