Members have extensive experience in resolving sports disputes, and are represented on the panel of arbitrators for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (in Lausanne) (CAS), of S port Resolutions UK’s panel of arbitrators and mediators and the Premier League Judicial Panel.

Members have also acted for Olympic and Commonwealth athletes in different sports in matters of libel, slander, regulation, personal contracts, media rights and coaching rights. They have acted for Premier League football clubs, for sporting governing bodies and for the heads of sporting bodies and in the context of drug agencies.

Members have also acted in relation to a range of commercial matters in the wider entertainment, media and sport arenas including the exploitation of rock music archives and broadcasting rights, shareholding and sale and purchase disputes, and in numerous business interruption cases concerning Premier League Football Clubs, and hospitality and events businesses re: the outbreak of the Coronavirus COVID-19.
