This is the question posed at “The Future Commercial Disputes Lawyer” hosted by 7 King’s Bench Walk on 3 June 2026, as part of London International Disputes Week 2026.
It was a pleasure to host a fantastic panel discussion exploring the impact of AI, data and legal technology on dispute resolution. Our expert speakers shared practical insights into how AI is already transforming legal practice – from document review and legal research to litigation analytics and case strategy – while emphasising that technology will enhance, not replace, the judgment, commercial awareness and strategic thinking that clients expect from their lawyers.
