Rebecca Sabben-Clare KC will join a webinar titled “In the grip of a peril – insights into AerCap v AIG” for The Insurance Law Association of Singapore on Wednesday 3 September 2025.
Rebecca will be joined by Ben Lynch KC of Fountain Court Chambers, who also acted in the case, and Alvin Ee of Rajah & Tann Asia. They will explore the recent landmark decision of AerCap Ireland Ltd & Ors v AIG Europe SA & Ors (Russian Aircraft Lessor Policy Claims [2025] EWHC 1430 (comm)) and its implications for the Singapore insurance market.
