7KBW is partnering with Reed Smith to host a panel discussion on insurance and group litigation as part of London International Disputes Week.

As class actions and shareholder activism gain traction in the UK, this panel will explore the latest developments, including key decisions under sections 90 and 90A of FSMA, and examine how these trends are reshaping the litigation landscape. Panellists will explain how D&O policies respond to allegations of wrongful acts, tackle the coverage issues that frequently arise, and look ahead to the emerging trends shaping both litigation and D&O insurance cover.

Josephine Higgs KC and Julia Gibbon will be joined by:

  • Mark Pring, Partner, Reed Smith
  • Catherine Lewis, Counsel, Reed Smith
  • Caroline Sawyer, Senior Director, FINEX Financial Institutions, Willis Towers Watson

To register, please see the LIDW website here (registration required to book places).
