7KBW will be sponsoring the 8th MLAS Maritime Mooting Competition being held in Singapore 19-30 January 2026.

7KBW has supported the moot since its inception. Joshua S.K. Fung who will help judge this year’s final round, commented that “7KBW is delighted to support this competition for the eighth consecutive year. Shipping is one of Chambers’ core practice areas, and we value the international connections maintained with the MLAS and others in Singapore who share our interest in maritime law. I have personally enjoyed hosting some of the previous winners in London. It is an experience that we hope gives them a different perspective on legal practice and proves enriching.

The winner of the final round – to be held on Friday 30 January – will be awarded a fully-funded two-week internship with 7KBW in London during 2026.
